We proudly celebrate the 140th anniversary of the Buk dairy, which has been delivering exceptional dairy products since 1882, combining tradition with the highest quality. From curd cheese and cheesecake cheeses to butter, our wide range of products is available under the Champion brand in local stores and our company shop on the dairy premises.

Since 2020, the dairy has been part of LEVANT FOODS, allowing us to enrich its offerings with flavors from the Middle East. As a result, we have introduced unique products such as labneh – a delicate Arabic-style cheese, and akawi baladi – a mild brined cheese, which are gaining more and more fans.
