Letcho made of Polish mushrooms, in tomato sauce, enriched with peppers and onion. A tasty and quick vegetarian lunch dish, also served as a hot dinner. It tastes great with pasta, rice and potatoes. You can season it with your favorite spices (e.g. dill, basil or thyme), and add fried sausages or pieces of meat.
