The climate of Sri Lanka, famous for its diversity of cultivated areas, is well adapted to the production of high-quality black teas. Our expert Tea Masters blend teas from a variety of gardens to create this sustainable loose leaf coffee. We use “low-foam” teas – harvested from sunny gardens below 600 meters (m) – to give the infusion color and strength. We then add “medieval” teas from cooler gardens at altitudes of 600 to 1200 m to give the blend lighter, more citrus notes.
